Smiley Classifieds will not provide service to property owners working will a realtor. Smiley Classifieds removes all ads if account is not renewed by expiration date. Ad Consultant Revisit.....................................$75. Revisits charges cover all changes to your ad. Changes made to your ad may take longer then 3 business days. Content of your Smiley Classifieds ad is strictly limited to selling you property. Smiley Classifieds reserves the right to remove or exclude any material deemed inappropriate. Smiley Classifieds will not sell or other wise release any personal information of any client to any third party company. Smiley Classifieds will not collect Social Security Numbers, Date of Birth, or Account information that is not relevant to payment of our service. Ad Reps will not ask for access to your secured networks in order to use the internet. If anyone claiming to represent Smiley Classifieds asks you for any of this information, you are advised not to reply. Try to get the person's name and the name of his or her office. In an effort to bring piece of mind to our clients, all Ad Reps have a picture displayed on the Official Smiley Classifieds web site. If the web page you are looking at does not start with “www.SmileyClassifieds.com” you are not looking at an official Smiley Classifieds web site. All ads usually post with 3 business days of Ad Rep Visit. Ad Reps are authorized to accept only two forms of payment. Cash or Check. A receipt of payment will be issued when a payment is received. A second receipt will be issued via email or U.S. Mail as confirmation that your ad is being processed. If you do not receive this confirmation with 3 business days, contact Smiley Classifieds. Smiley Classifieds will accept photos to be posted to a clients ad, but do to quality assurance, will not accept videos from customers. |
